The Production Manager will oversee and optimize all operations in our metal can facility, ensuring smooth workflow, timely production, and strict adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards. The role includes leading and developing the production team, coordinating with key departments, monitoring performance, driving process improvements, controlling costs, and fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s/degree/diploma in Engineering(Mechanical/Industrial)

• 10-15 years experience in metal can or metal packaging manufacturing

• ⁠Strong leadership, production planning, and problem-solving skills
