Job Summary
The Electrical Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing all electrical maintenance activities to ensure smooth production operations, equipment reliability, and workplace safety within a metal can manufacturing facility.Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and monitor preventive and corrective electrical maintenance activities.
- Ensure continuous operation of production lines, machinery, and utility systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical breakdowns and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and equipment history.
- Supervise maintenance team and ensure safety compliance.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5–10 years of electrical maintenance experience in metal can manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of metal decorating machine & automatic can manufacturing line.
Salary: 5000 - 7000 AED (including accommodation)

Role Overview
The Production Manager will oversee and optimize all operations in our metal can facility, ensuring smooth workflow, timely production, and strict adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards. The role includes leading and developing the production team, coordinating with key departments, monitoring performance, driving process improvements, controlling costs, and fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture requirements.
